| Enjoy!! I’d like to share a story; a story of a mermaid. A beautiful mermaid she is. She lives in a beautiful part of the ocean. From the sky the gorgeous blue sea sits calm & peaceful.One day the beautiful mermaid is playing with two little prawns. They were swimming and laughing through the current, a calm current at that. They were playing as they do every day, day after day. They were enjoying their time having fun with the current.
As they played together she saw a twinkle of light glistening above and as the light sparkled, she became curious and excited about what was ahead. She felt drawn to the light, as the light was drawing her in. As she moved closer to the light, the mild calm current became stirred.
The current became stronger and she felt held back. The light blinded her and because the light had taken away her sight, she couldn’t see the light nor could she see any of the other wonderful things that she had.
So, without her sight she had to use her hearing, and so she found herself communicating differently now. She began hearing all the responses around her from others. The beautiful mermaid was not sure whether she was speaking into the light or the light was speaking to her.
However she distinctively heard a voice that said ’share your dreams and inspire others to come join you or keep them to yourself and all will go deaf around you’. So she shared her dreams with her loved ones and they brightened with her words. She could then again see her loved ones supporting her and they can see her dreams. XX Michelle |
