Intuition is receiving information with no rational thought process involved.  Receptive qualities are most associated with women and have come to be called “women’s intuition.”  Some women,  no doubt, were burned at the stake in Salem, Massachusetts for having possession of this gift.

Your intuition is always at work, whether you know it or accept it consciously or not.  It helps you make both big and little decisions.  It warns you of danger.  It brings you guidance from the spirit world and perhaps from Sophia herself.

You may be hearing her voice or your own inner wisdom when you hear messages telling you to take one job and not another, to go to one event and not another, to see one man and leave another alone.

Learn to trust your inner voice and develop confidence in it so you won’t be second guessing your decisions.    Learn to have the freedom to go with your first hunch and know it will be right for you.

Here are five ways to learn to develop trust in your inner voice:

1.  Record your dreams as soon as you are awake.  Keep a notepad and pen by your bed for this reason.  Interpret them after you write them down.

2.  Honor your hunches.  Don’t pass them off as being silly or frivolous.

3.  Getting in touch with your higher consciousness is reason to  meditate daily.

4.  Always ask your inner wisdom for guidance with important decisions.

5.  Ask your inner wisdom and your guiding goddesses to help you stay on track each day with your life’s plan.
