Letting the Light in..

Hello Goddess Sistars !

It’s wonderful to be able to feel the peace and tranquility of nature within us. It’s also wonderful to let the light of the Great Goddess shine into our hearts, souls and consciousness. The key to finding this peace, beauty and sanctity is meditation. Our mind becomes like a clear pool at dawn. We awaken to our inner wisdom. We become one with the Goddess and the universe.

Meditation gives us a deep vision of who we are and our place in the universe. We feel joy and bliss. We know that we are made of love and feel love for everyone and everything.

The benefits of meditation have been cited so often it seems everyone must know them by now. And yet still not everyone meditates.
We don’t start off with becoming enlightened. Meditation requires daily discipline and commitment. The benefits, however, begin almost at once. You will begin to transcend the sense of a permanent self and go into your inner goddess.

You will become more aware of your emotions and how to disengage from the negative ones. You will know calmness and centredness. You will become connected to your divine feminine self. It will open your heart and increase your self-love. You will experience a lasting serenity.

But, where to start? How to start?

Well… to begin, find a comfortable chair & sit upright resting your hands on your lap.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath, slowing exhale and repeat this two more times.

Bring your breathing back to normal and concentrate on your breathing – breathing in, breathing out.

If thoughts come to your mind, acknowledge them and then let them go.

Continue to focus on your breathing-breathing in, breathing out.

Start off with 10 minutes once or twice a day and then gradually work your way up to 20 minutes.

Remember it’s not how long you meditate that matters but the consistency of meditation.

Take some time out for yourself, give it a go and happy meditating.
