I so wanted to start
this newsletter off by saying I am sitting here with herbal tea in hand & a fresh fruit platter next to me but that would be a lie… I have a big coffee (albeit
in my Goddess cup) and just snacked on a little bit of chockie and feeling very
excited (caffeine kicking in now) to be reconnecting with all of you wonderful
Goddess women again after a bit of a long break from writing.

You see the past month
has been a bit of a journey. Things on the home front were not so rosey (ahh
challenges don’t you love em). I had a little bit of the “shiny things”
syndrome & procrastination got in there with feeling totally overloaded
with the tasks that had to be done on the work front as well as the home front.

I went away for a few
days with family to the Gold Coast, went on some rides at a theme park and came
home with a very very sore neck. To me
the sore neck indicated somehow I had to deal with being more flexible. I can
blame the “Scooby doo ghost ride” all I like, but in my heart my “pain in the
neck” was representing to me a deeper issue (challenge) I needed to face.

So after some internal
reflection & 2 wonderful Bowen
sessions from my beloved Sister, the neck was getting better day by day. I
realised that this is a message from Goddess/Universe to slow down, look around
(that is hard with a sore neck) and see the messages that were being sent. And so I did.

I looked at what was
going on in my work life and my heart just bursts with joy when I think about
Goddess Playshops. The amazing women we connect with and inspire (and they
inspire me back). We had a wonderful Goddess Playshop last Sunday with 12
fabulous women and little Harrison who was a 6 month old baby. His mum brought
him along at the last minute and it was a joy to have his energy in the room
with us. With the neck still a little sore, these amazing women reflected back
to me that I am truly following my heart.

And so this was my
message this week – To follow your heart in all that you do. You know it when
you are, and you will be shown it when you are not (aka my neck pain ). As long as I can remember I have always been
able to see in people their true potential even when they at times could not,
of course this is reflective.

Dear Goddesses: there
may be times when we feel that we can’t have it all and I am here to remind you
that Yes you can. Keep that dream inside your heart alive and well. Be FLEXIBLE
in how that dream will manifest itself. Look AROUND you and see the wonderful
things you have already attracted, and be AMAZED as you follow your heart what
will unfold.
