Arlana is a speaker and author, and has worked as a certified image consultant for over 20 years. She is also a certified Fashion Feng Shui facilitator, and has received certificates of completion in Pranic Healing; levels 1 and 2, as well as Pranic Psychotherapy, Thought Field Therapy and Parapsychologhy.
Her interests in alternative healing and holistic therapies brought her to realize the role that the mind, body, soul connection plays in helping to project a positive and dynamic image. She both studies and practices aspects of energy healing, color therapy, yoga, belly dancing and tai chi.
Why did you become a facilitator?
Whether helping women to build a professional wardrobe, or helping women to realize their true essence, Arlana finds great joy in helping women to succeed.
Women are the backbone of our communities. They are the healers and the nurturers, and they have taken on that role innately for centuries. Today, they have found themselves having to direct their energies into roles that have been traditionally masculine. This is not wrong, but, without understanding the value of what we do and offer, we can become off balance. Showing women how to recognize the different energies in their lives, will help them stay balanced, and allow them to keep a connection with the feminine energy that will renew and rejuvenate, and empower them.
Do you hold regular Open Playshops?

What else do you do?
Arlana is the founder of Dress For Success Red Deer®, an affiliate of the international non-profit organization, Dress For Success®, which helps disadvantaged women by providing career wear and ongoing “life” support. She also runs her own Image business called Crystal Vision, which helps clients define their true essence and reflect a more positive and dynamic image. She has worked in the fashion industry for over 25 years and is a Certified Image Consultant in Canada and the US. Arlana’s background in art and alternative healing has been a big influence in the development of her Total Image Enhancement Solutions program.
