I believe our lives are changing in the 21st century and we are sensing a need to bring our focus back from the every day hustle and bustle, and to focus on our own wonderful gifts as women, reclaiming our strengths, honouring ourselves and the other wondrous women who enrich our lives!

Alison has been following a goddess-based spiritual path for over twenty years . Learning Reiki deepened her connection to the universal and earth energy around her and she is now a Reiki Master/Teacher and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. Alison has also been attuned to Angelic Reiki Power and is particularly drawn to working more with angels. Always keen to learn and grow Alison is also currently studying Druidry at the Bardic level.
